Claudia "Claudie" Ruth O’Keeffe (February 10, 1899 – September 24, 1984) was Georgia O’Keeffe's sister. She was a teacher and founder of a Montessori school in Beverly Hills, California.

She was the daughter of Francis Calyxtus O'Keeffe (1853–1918) and Ida Ten Eyck Totto (1864–1916). Claudia is buried with her family in the Totto's family plot.
