Marshall Theatre, 701 E Broad St, Richmond, VA 23219

Thomas L. Moxley (1828 – July 7, 1890) was known as "Master Floyd" in his earlier career, which began with Kunkel's Nightingale Minstrels in the 1850s. He remained with them several seasons, chiefly as a female impersonator. He was the original Topsy in Uncle Tom's Cabin. He was afterward co-manager with George Kunkel of the Marshal Theatre in Richmond, VA. He was the last survivor of that famous company.

He was born in Baltimore, MD, and died there on July 7, 1890.
