Stella M. Iapalucci (January 9, 1925 - October 31, 1992) was the life partner of Marilyn "Miki" Leff. Miki Leff was the owner of the Leff Bank Restaurant and Bar in Old City Philadelphia, Carroll's Night Club in Paris and the Monte Carlo Room on the French Riviera.
