Lucy J. Rhinehart (November 20, 1921 - November 16, 2014) lived at Mascoutah, IL and New Baden, IL. She was born Nov. 20, 1921 in Seneca, NY and died Nov. 16, 2014 at MarKa Nursing Home, Mascoutah, IL.
She was a professional musician and special education teacher in the Belleville School District. Lucy was a member of the American Federation of Musicians; Illinois Teachers Union for many years; and member of the USO stationed in Guam during WW II.
She was preceded in death by her companion, Helen M. Montgomery.
