Lionel Friedman (August 13, 1931 – June 6, 2003) was an artist and craftsman. He was in an long-term relationship with John Strauss, an American television and film composer and music editor. Strauss married actress Charlotte Rae on November 4, 1951,[3] but the marriage ended in divorce in 1976 when he came out as bisexual.[4]
Friedman had three sons, Michael, Peter and Sean.
