Elvira Catello (January, 1888 - October, 1979) was an Italian anarchist, who founded a theater group in East Harlem that produced plays written and performed by women. She ran an anarchist bookstore called La Libreria Lux in New York. In the 1930s she disappeared from public life.

She was an abandoned child in Locorotondo, Italy; raised by the nuns, she initially lived in Contrada Serralta, Locorotondo. She married anarchist Paolo Perrini in 1906 and with him emigrated in the United States in May 1907.
