parter of more than 50 years, Canadian actor Jack Creley. David hosted many Toronto socialites at some very elaborate parties with his partner Jack.
Born 1930 in Windsor Ontario, David William Smith passed away at Bridgepoint Healthcare on November 21, 2018.
