Alice Perrin Norton (October 31, 1894 - July 6, 1961) won the student-awarded Arcade translation prize in 1916 for her version of Catullus' poem, Kisses, in which one woman confesses her love to another.

She was born in Louisiana, on October 31, 1894, to Robert Edgar Norton (1855-1911) and Alice Perrin (born 1864). Alice Perrin Norton married Emmett Kiah Moody (1896–1959) and had 1 child, Elizabeth Jane "Betty" Moody (1921-2004). She passed away on July 6, 1961.
