Adrienne Hacker (May 21, 1858 – January 12, 1916) was born on May 21, 1858, in the East Prussian town of Insterburg, as the daughter of a judicial council. Growing up in a circle of many siblings, she pursued a path as an art painter (Kunstmalerin).

Her family connections placed her within a notable network of professional and cultural figures. Her sister, Agnes Magdalena Hacker, born in 1860 in Insterburg, became a prominent German physician and an ardent advocate for the women's movement. Another sister, Anna Hacker, was married to the renowned court actor Arthur Kraußneck (born Arthur Carl Gustav Müller).

Later in life, Adrienne Hacker lived in Berlin alongside her life partner, the notable physician Dr. Agnes Bluhm. Adrienne maintained this shared life in Berlin with Agnes Bluhm until her passing on January 12, 1916. Following her death, she was laid to rest in a joint burial site alongside Agnes Bluhm at the Parkfriedhof Lichterfelde located in the Lichterfelde district of Steglitz-Zehlendorf in Berlin, Germany.
